Tom Price has been involved in real estate for nearly 40 years. He began his involvement assisting his father, who was an expert witness in the field of engineering geology, in the 1970s. Attending school in the Southern California area and graduating from Southwestern University School of Law in 1982 he went through the necessary processes to be admitted to the Bars of Arizona, California and Nevada. His first job out of law school was working with ERA of California in establishing a mortgage company. During that time period he assisted in educating the ERA brokers and agents as to 1031 tax free exchanges. Some of Tom's earliest memories is playing in his grandmother's real estate office in San Bernardino, California. After a year of private practice, Tom went with the local county attorney's office and represented Mohave County in various transactions including, but not limited to, acquisition of real property, condemnation proceedings and zoning issues. After one year of experience in dealing with representing county officials Tom struck out on his own and has remained in private practice since representing clients in numerous real estate matters and in particular has handled more evictions than any one attorney Mohave County for the last 25 years. He became associated with International Realty Plus in Kingman Az as corporate counsel. He has enjoyed the challenge of assisting in the direction of the company that's expanding their borders literally on a monthly basis. Tom is active in paying his community back by serving on various boards, including but not limited to, the local women's shelter, the local hospital, the local food bank. He is active in the fraternal organizations of the Elks ( PER 2005 Kingman 468 ) and the Lions, serving both in local and state offices.
